Fairfield Health Management is Hiring a Personal Care Home Administrator Near Fairfield, PA

Overview:

Comfort care is a senior living care home with 25 licensed beds.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal care Home Administrator to join our team. As a Personal care Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our senior care facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of senior care.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents
- Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff members
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure proper medication administration and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
- Implement programs and initiatives to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Monitor financial performance and work closely with the finance department to manage budgets effectively
- Address any issues or concerns raised by residents, their families, or staff members in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Personal care home administrator certificate in state of PA.
- Proven experience in senior care or nursing home management
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Familiarity with assisted living, and home care services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
